(1) According to the media, flow and work site are different, choose the appropriate flow meter type;

(2) The transducers are installed in a reasonable way according to different types of ultrasonic flowmeter;

(3) Regular maintenance, regularly check the working status of the flowmeter and the connection of the display;

(4) Calibrate the flow meter regularly.

Our factory sewage discharge measurement is electromagnetic flowmeter. Before the installation of the flowmeter, the measurable data has been not consistent with the value indicated by other flowmeter. Why?

 Most likely, the installation position is not the right one. If the flow meter is installed at the top of the system, the bubbles in the pipeline will seriously affect the measurement accuracy, or the flow meter is installed on the vertical pipe with fluid flow down, which may produce non-full pipe flow. It is recommended that the flow meter be installed on a horizontal pipe under the system or a vertical pipe flowing upward, preferably with a gas ator or exhaust valve in the system
