CKAS-FLDC800 Series Electromagnetic Flowmeter

  CKAS-FLDC800 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of fluid flowmeter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. In view of the difficulties and high costs of installing pipeline electromagnetic flowmeters on large pipelines, the technology of opening under pressure and installation under pressure is adopted. The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without stopping (water), or on cast iron pipes, cement pipes and PE pipes, providing a new means for the detection of fluid flow.

  The converter is of optimized design, with compact structure and easy electrical installation. The converter and sensor are interchangeable, and the measuring range can be freely changed (0.5m/s~10m/s).

  Converters and sensors have two degrees of protection and installation methods, with IP68 rating suitable for submersible installation.

  It is suitable for liquid flow detection with conductivity above 5μs/cm for water, sewage, acid, strong alkali, etc., especially for flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipelines.

  Wide versatility and strong interchangeability, and the flow measurement is only related to the insertion depth, so one model can be suitable for the fluid measurement requirements of pipelines of various specifications.
