Overview

  CKAS-FLDC800 series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company with the most advanced technology at home and abroad. It has high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability and long service life. In the process of designing product structure, material selection, manufacturing process, production assembly and delivery test, we are very meticulous and strict. We have also designed a set of the most advanced production equipment and flow calibration device dedicated to electromagnetic flowmeters in China, so as to effectively ensure the long-term high quality of products in software and hardware.

Measuring Principle

  CKAS electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and liquid-solid two-phase fluid. Its measuring principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, as shown in the following figure. The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When the conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flowmeter, it cuts the magnetic line of force, and at this time, an induced electromotive force will be generated and detected by the two measuring electrodes. The magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow velocity of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field and the width of the conductor (the inner diameter of the measuring tube of the flowmeter), and then the transmitter amplifies it to calculate the volume flow velocity according to the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, and then the medium flow velocity can be obtained through calculation.

Features of Electromagnetic Flowmeter

  The flowmeter has simple structure, no moving parts in the sensor, easy maintenance, and long service life; there are no choke parts, so there is no pressure loss, low energy consumption and high measurement accuracy.

  The sensor is of an integral sealing structure, and the measuring tube and the housing are integrated, with good moisture and water resistance, which is suitable for installation in underground or humid environment.

Display function

  High-definition backlight wide-temperature LCD display, parameters can be modified online.

  Chinese and English menus are easy to use, operate, learn and understand.

  It can display the cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, flow velocity, caliber, communication address, maximum flow value corresponding to 20mA output (can be set at will) and flow direction indication.

Operation settings

  The configuration and control can be completed simply by using the three/four keys on the panel together with the LCD prompt, which is simple, fast, convenient and safe.

Excitation mode

  Advanced low-frequency square wave excitation is adopted, with strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation and stable performance.

Automatic range switching

  When the flowmeter changes within a wide range of liquid flow, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement within the full range, especially suitable for occasions where the day and night flow range changes greatly and control signals need to be sent out.

  Forward and reverse flow metering function

  Users can select forward metering or reverse metering (if there is no special requirement, the factory default is forward metering, not reverse metering). There are three totalizers inside, which can be recorded separately: forward total, reverse total and difference total.

Signal output function

  The flowmeter can output (4~20) mA standard current signal and pulse signal, and can be used in conjunction with other control systems such as supporting equipment or microcomputer.

Communication function

  It has RS485 digital communication signal output, and fieldbus digital communication output such as RS232 and HART can be selected at the same time.

Small signal cutoff function

  The user can set the lower limit voltage and lower limit flow through the display panel, so as to cut off the interfering small signal flow.

Self-inspection fault and self-diagnosis function

Power-off protection function

  Advanced non-volatile memory is adopted to effectively protect settings and measuring parameters.

Password lock function

  After the flowmeter is powered on, if parameters need to be set, you must enter a six-digit password to set the parameters, so as to effectively prevent irrelevant personnel from changing the instrument parameters.

It is widely used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, food, paper making, sugar making, mining and metallurgy, water supply and drainage, environmental protection, water conservancy, steel, petrochemical, oil field, pharmaceutical and other industrial fields.
